We ask you to provide us with 3-5 years of financials and anything else you can tell us. We then devise a plan with our team of experts and present it to you. We want to be aligned with ownership; we are not here to take over. Our goal is for you to be self-sustaining after Blue Orca is out of the equation.
We will offer a 1-3 year contract depending on your level of comfort. This, again, is very customizable for your needs and the size of the operation. We like to operate on bottom line growth; this means both of us need to perform. For consulting, the fee is monthly and depends on the details agreed upon
